The seasonings used includes: garlic oil, oyster oil, sparerib sauce, abalone sauce, green onion, ginger, Chinese toonseedlings, thick soup.
Next we begin to makethis cuisine: Blanch abalone, add garlic oil, abalone sauce to a pot, add bisque, sparerib sauce,
