新加坡友人到长清过“早”年 Singaporean friends celebrate the “early” year in Changqing

  “元为始,旦谓日”,1月1日,来自新加坡的昂良圣、杜士武陈、林柏琴华、蒂凡尼•刘、刘智辉、吴梅兰、昂瓜哈尔、吴惠正、杨信汉、凌华星等27位外国友人,走进长清区万德街道马套村,一同感受迎春气氛,解锁一道道非遗文化密码,沉浸式体验山东手造文化。

  “Yuan is the beginning and Dan is the day”, on January 1st, there were 27 foreign friends coming form Singapore, including Ang Liangsheng, Dushi Wuchen, Linbo Qinhua, Tiffany Liu, Liu Zhihui, Wu Meilan, Enguahar, Wu Huizheng, Yang Xinhan, Ling Huaxing, walking into Matao, Wande Sub-district, Changqing District to experience the atmosphere of New Year, unlock the passwords of intangible cultural heritage, and immersive experience Shandong hand-made culture.

  古槐树下,马套村秧歌队穿着鲜艳民族服装,扭起大秧歌、跳起广场舞,用铿锵有力的锣鼓、神采飞扬的秧歌和欢快喜庆的舞步,欢迎着游客们的到来。

  Under the ancient locust tree, the Yangko team of Matao, dressing in bright ethnic costumes, welcomed the tourists with the sonorous and powerful gongs and drums, the bright Yangko dance and cheerful dance steps.

  一把传承二十余年的剪刀,一张普普通通的红纸,在非物质文化遗产泰山剪纸的第五代传人赵英老师手中却能变出栩栩如生的石榴坐牡丹图,这让新加坡友人感叹不已。剪纸老师为外国友人讲解了剪纸的历史渊源、美好寓意及艺术特色,接着从剪纸的基本技法入手,手把手教外国友人剪寓意吉祥的“囍”字。外国友人在聚精会神地观看后,新鲜感、求知欲也被瞬间点燃,迫不及待的亲手尝试,小心的动作、专注的神情、纸张的转动,一个个 “囍”字渐成雏形,个个脸上都露出了开心的笑容。外国友人兴奋地说,我从未想过一张普通的纸,经过剪刀的雕琢,能变得如此生动和富有故事性,真的很有魅力。回家后我要把我剪的“囍”字贴到门上,来祝愿明年吉祥如意!

  Apair ofscissors that has been inherited for more than 20 years and a piece of red paper, in the hands of teacher Zhao Ying who is the fifth generation successor of intangible cultural heritage of Taishan paper-cut, could become the lifelike pomegranate sitting peony map, which made Singaporean friends sigh deeply. The paper-cutting teacher explained the historical origin, beautiful meaning and artistic characteristics of paper-cutting to foreign friends. Then he started from the basic techniques of paper-cutting, and taught foreign friends to cut the auspicious character "Xi" characters. After watching attentively, they could not wait to try by themselves. With careful movements, concentrated look and the rotation of the paper, they successfully cut out the Chinese character "Xi", and all showed happy smiles on their faces. The Foreign friends said excitedly that I had never thought that a piece of paper, after the scissors carving, could become so vivid, attractive and full of story. When I get home, I will stick the “Xi”on the door to wish me good luck next year!

  鏊子滚烫,香气四溢,一张张薄如蝉翼、干脆生香的煎饼出炉。“煎饼是我们中国的传统美食,用醇香的玉米做原料,用玉米秸秆烧炉子,而这个摊煎饼的铁板用我们中国话叫鏊子,用土鏊子摊煎饼是老一辈手艺人独有的记忆,承载了一代又一代山东人的记忆……”煎饼坊的张师傅向大家介绍到。师傅将玉米糊糊舀在烧热的鏊子上,然后用小耙子将糊糊逆时针均匀摊平,面糊熟了后,一股焦香扑鼻,煎饼四周翘起来,师傅顺势将煎饼揭下来。新加坡友人近距离观摩了手工制作煎饼的完整过程,纷纷跃跃欲试,一展摊煎饼的风采。煎饼摊好后,大家品尝着自己制作的煎饼,不停地竖大拇指。

Using aozi to stall pancake is the unique memory of the older craftsmen, which bears the memory of Shandong generation after generation...”master Zhang of pancake workshop introduced to them. Then He ladled out mush on the hot aozi and spread the corn evenly with a small rake, and then the batter is ripe. Finally, he removed the pancake. The Singaporean friends watched the whole process of making handmade pancakes closely, and were eager to try to make pancakes. After the pancake was made, everyone tasted their own pancake and gave a thumbs-up.

  餐前,旅行团一行围在桌子旁,热情参与了包水饺活动,试着将馅包进面皮,捏成饺子,虽然手忙脚乱,却都兴致很浓,乐在其中,欢声笑语不断。来自新加坡的昂良圣兴奋地描述了自己包水饺的过程,他说:“我很爱饺子,但这还是我第一次自己包饺子,真是一项需要技巧的活儿。这种大家一起包水饺的感觉真的很好,好像一家人围在一起制作家庭美食一样,我非常享受这个过程,也很高兴能更了解中国传统食品的制作过程和背后的文化,希望以后还有机会再次尝试制作水饺。”

  Before the meal, the tour group gathered around the table and enthusiastically participated in the activity of making dumplings, trying to wrap the stuffing into the dough and knead it into dumplings. Although they were in a hurry, they were very interested, enjoying it and laughing for a long time. Ang Liangsheng, from Singapore, excitedly described the process of making dumplings, saying, " I love dumplings, but this is the first time I have made dumplings by myself. It is really a skilled job. It feels really good to make dumplings together, like a family gathered together to make food. I enjoy the process very much, and I am very glad to have a better understanding of the process of making traditional Chinese food and the culture behind it. I hope Iwill have a chance to try to make dumplings again in the future.”

  浓浓的“年味”不仅凝聚着近14亿中华儿女,也在慢慢影响着越来越多的国际友人。参观活动结束后,新加坡友人仍觉意犹未尽,纷纷表示,此次乡村之旅让他们深深地体会到了中国的魅力,既有美丽的自然风光,又有深厚的文化底蕴,他们为能亲身体验这一切感到非常幸运。

  The strong "flavor of the New Year" not only embodies nearly 1.4 billion Chinese people, but also slowly affects more and more international friends. After the visit, the Singaporean friends still felt that they wanted more and said that the village trip made themdeeply appreciate the charm of Chinawhich has both beautiful natural scenery and profound cultural heritageand theyfelt very lucky to experience all this personally.
