This year marks the 51st anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia. Recently, Laiwu Mingli Special Vegetable Planting Professional Cooperative actively responded to the call for international agricultural cooperation and organized its key members to visit Malaysia for exchange activities.

The inspection team visited the core planting area of Cat Mountain King in Malaysia and had in-depth exchanges with local experienced fruit farmers. At the planting site, everyone carefully observed and learned the precise control techniques for tree ripening, from light, humidity to fertilization nodes, not missing any detail. In the preservation logistics stage, both sides engaged in a lively discussion on how to extend the preservation period of durians during transportation and optimize the distribution process, sharing many innovative ideas.

After several rounds of negotiations, both sides have reached a preliminary cooperation intention on jointly building a cross-border supply chain for durian - a specialty vegetable. In the future, Mingli Vegetable Cooperative is expected to introduce high-quality durians from Malaysia to the domestic market and promote the export of local specialty vegetables, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. Chen Mingxin said.
